Founded in 2005 by Maximilian Büsser, MB&F is celebrated for creating wristworn kinetic sculptures. H&M is making a splash in luxury fashion with its latest collaboration with Indian designer Anamika Khanna. Khanna comments on the collaboration, saying that Indian fashion often doesn’t get the recognition it deserves on the global stage. “Indian fashion can sometimes be seen as costume rather than modern. This collection with H&M helps me bring Indian style to a global audience in a fresh, contemporary way,” she explains.


The collection features a range of stylish, eye-catching pieces with bright colours, bold patterns, and detailed embroidery. Women’s items include elegantly draped skirts, breezy kaftans with unique hemlines, and silk pyjama sets. For men, traditional styles are updated with graphic prints and artistic designs. The collection also includes beautiful jewellery made from reclaimed metals, crafted locally in India. This collaboration highlights the blend of traditional Indian craftsmanship with modern fashion trends.

Ekaya X 431-88 join hands for a ready-to-wear festive collection





Ekaya Banaras, famed for its stunning Banarasi textiles, has teamed up with 431-88 by Shweta Kapur to launch a new ready-to-wear festive collection that gives these classic fabrics a fresh, contemporary twist.

This exciting collaboration between two fashion-forward women, each known for their unique style, is all about blending creativity and self-expression. Palak Shah, CEO and Founder of Ekaya Banaras, and Shweta Kapur, Founder and Creative Director of 431-88, are coming together for the first time to give the Banarasi saree a modern makeover.


Inspired by the timeless beauty of Banarasi textiles, the collection aims to make these traditional sarees more relevant and accessible for today’s Indian woman. The line features easy-to-wear silhouettes, nature-inspired motifs, and a vibrant colour palette, including co-ord sets, blazers, kurtas, and pre-draped sarees.


“We’ve taken the classic Banarasi saree and reimagined it with lightweight fabrics like Tissue and Silk,” says Palak Shah. “We’re moving away from the heavy traditional look and introducing something versatile and light.” Shweta Kapur adds, “Textiles carry our cultural heritage and richness. With this collection, we wanted to highlight these textiles and show new ways to wear them.”The result is a perfect mix of tradition and modern style, offering a fresh, stylish take on the Banarasi saree that’s sure to appeal to fashion lovers everywhere.

The House of Masaba has once again redefined the concept of bridal luxury fashion with the launch of the second edition of Masaba Bride 2024. True to the brand's signature aesthetic, this collection is a vibrant celebration of Delhi's rich heritage, infused with a contemporary twist.
