As one of the most widely publicised event and biggest film festival comes to an ends, the celebrities have left us awestruck. When it comes to Bollywood, this year saw the debut of various celebrities including the global icon Priyanka Chopra Jonas to Bigg Boss contestant Hina Khan. But like they say old is gold, our all time favourite Bollywood celebrities like Deepika Padukone, Sonam Kapoor Ahuja and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan also made it to the red carpet. Let's look back at all the blockbuster B-Town celebrities ensembles at the Cannes 2019 Red Carpet.
Glitz And Glam
The 'Desi Girl' of B-Town, Priyanka Chopra Jonas, made her debut at the Cannes Film Festival 2019 and let her hair down as she the graced the red carpet with her husband, Nick Jonas. There's no doubt that her fashion game has always been strong and she never fails to impress. Putting her most stylish foot forward, she made her first appearance in an embellished, shaded black and violet custom made Robert Cavalli evening gown. Accessorising her look with Chopard jewels she surely made heads turn.
2. A White Affair
She looked flawless in white as she wore a Honayda all-white pleated jumpsuit. This look was strong, yet feminine and we can definitely say that PeeCee knows how to pull off an all white ensemble.
In yet another look, PeeCee wore a dreamy white Georges Hobeika gown from the brand's spring 2020 bridal collection, paired with jewels from Chopard. It seems like white is the colour of the season for the global icon.
3. Going Monotone
Deepika Padukone dazzled in a Peter Dundas achromatic gown. The black bow instantly drew attention to her outfit. Keeping the gown as the highlight, she chose to add drama to her eyes with a bold black eye liner, a high pony and classic nude lips. Styled by celebrity stylist Shaleena Nathani, her look took our breath away!
4. Hello Fluorescent!
When it comes to finding fashion inspiration, Deepika Padukone's style is sure to give you the answer. She has not only combined two trends, fluorescent and animal print, but has also brought her A - Game to the red carpet as she wears sneakers with an Off-White gown. We love how eclectic D.P's sense of style is!
5. The Pant-Suit Edit

A vision in white, Sonam Kapoor Ahuja wore a custom made Ralph & Russo paired with jewellery from Chopard. A twist on the classic pant- suit, the jacket trail added 'oomph' to her outfit. Breaking the monotony, she highlighted her plunging neckline with an elegant emerald and diamond neckpiece.
6. Elegance Redefined
Diana Penty brought an Indian touch to her outfit as she graced the festival in an Amit Aggarwal ensemble. The waist belt perfectly accentuated her waist-line and she added a touch of colour to her look with bold red lips. With minimal make-up and well-defined eyebrows, she kept her look simple and classy. Diana clearly shows us that sometimes less is more!
7. A Golden Goddess
The Cannes Queen, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, made a powerful statement in a Jean-Louis Sabaji golden gown with a gorgeous fish-tail trail. Powerful and edgy, she keeps the accessories to a bare minimal truly showing off the gown which she carried off with great poise!
8. Ruffles All The Way
A little bit of drama hurts nobody. Huma chose a voluminous silver ruffled gown by Gaurav Gupta and paired her outfit with blue statement earrings which gave character to her overall look. Her make-up was on-point and she definitely rocked it at the red carpet.
9. Shine In Sheer
Former Bigg Boss contestant and TV star Hina Khan, made her debut at the Cannes Film Festival, and looks like a fairytale princess in this gorgeous grey stonework gown by designer Ziad Nakad. With a plunging neckline and statement sleeves, Hina chose to keep her accessories basic. Nude lips and a low bun complimented the look perfectly.
10. Dare To Bare
Kangana Ranaut is known for her bold sense of fashion and her look at Cannes is nothing short of that. Wearing a Nedo By Nedret Taciroglu embellished black pant-suit, paired with an off-white corset belt, she chose to keep the focus on her daring neckline. Her sleek pulled back hair and smokey eyes completed the look perfectly.
It seems like white is a mega trend of the season and our Bollywood's Diva's definitely made their mark at The Cannes Film Festival
