These Bridgerton-inspired brews, conjured by the esteemed Rohit Saha of Third Wave Coffee, promise to be the perfect gossip companion for your next Netflix soiree. Prepare to be enthralled, for the secrets to a deliciously scandalous cup await!


Colin Witty Roast





A medium roast with a touch of sweetness and a hint of cinnamon, as charming and intriguing as the wanderer himself.


Ingredients:

  • 240 ml of freshly brewed medium-roast coffee

  • 30 ml of whole milk or cream

  • 5 ml (1 teaspoon) of brown sugar

  • A pinch of cinnamon


Instructions:

  • Brew 240 ml of medium-roast coffee using your preferred method.

  • Add 5 ml of brown sugar and stir until it dissolves.

  • Pour 30 ml of whole milk or cream into it and mix well.

  • Sprinkle a pinch of cinnamon on top.


Lady Whistledown's Society Brew





A strong and surprising espresso shot, perfect for unravelling the latest gossip with a touch of intrigue.


Ingredients:

  • 30 ml (1 shot) of espresso

  • 10 ml of Amaretto syrup

  • A twist of orange peel

  • A small piece of dark chocolate (optional)

Instructions:

  • Brew a 30 ml shot of espresso.

  • Add 10 ml of Amaretto syrup to the espresso and stir well.

  • Garnish with a twist of orange peel.

  • Optionally, serve with a small piece of dark chocolate on the side.



The Viscount's Vanilla Latte

Ingredients:

  • 30 ml (1 shot) of espresso

  • 240 ml of steamed milk

  • 30 ml of vanilla syrup

  • A sprinkle of vanilla bean powder (optional)

Instructions:

  • Brew a 30 ml shot of espresso.

  • Steam 240 ml of milk until hot and frothy.

  • Add 30 ml of vanilla syrup to the espresso and stir well.

  • Pour the steamed milk over the espresso mixture.

Optionally, sprinkle a bit of vanilla bean powder on top.


Eloise's Earl Grey





A classic and elegant Earl Grey-flavored coffee for the sharp and observant lady who misses nothing.


Ingredients:

  • 240 ml of freshly brewed coffee

  • 1 Earl Grey tea bag

  • 15 ml (1 tablespoon) of honey

  • 30 ml of steamed milk

Instructions:

  • Brew 240 ml of your preferred coffee.

  • Place the Earl Grey tea bag in the coffee and let it steep for 3-5 minutes.

  • Remove the tea bag and stir in 15 ml of honey.

  • Top with 30 ml of steamed milk and stir gently.

Ingredients:

  • 240 ml of strong brewed coffee

  • 1/4 teaspoon of ground cardamom

  • 30 ml of sweetened condensed milk

  • A pinch of ground cinnamon

Instructions:

  • Brew 240 ml of strong coffee.

  • Stir in 1.25 ml of ground cardamom while the coffee is still hot.

  • Add 30 ml of sweetened condensed milk and mix thoroughly.

  • Sprinkle a pinch of ground cinnamon on top.

Ingredients:

  • 240 ml of strong brewed chai tea

  • 30 ml (1 shot) of espresso

  • 120 ml of steamed milk

  • 15 ml (1 tablespoon) of honey

  • A pinch of nutmeg

Instructions:

  • Brew 240 ml of strong chai tea.

  • Add a 30 ml shot of espresso to the chai tea.

  • Stir in 15 ml of honey until it's dissolved.

  • Pour 120 ml of steamed milk into the chai and espresso mixture.

  • Sprinkle a pinch of nutmeg on top.


The Duke's Dirty Mocha

Ingredients:

  • 30 ml (1 shot) of espresso

  • 240 ml of whole milk

  • 30 ml of dark chocolate syrup

  • Whipped cream (optional)

  • A dusting of cocoa powder

Instructions:

  • Brew a 30 ml shot of espresso.

  • Heat 240 ml of milk in a saucepan over medium heat until hot but not boiling.

  • Stir in 30 ml of dark chocolate syrup until fully melted and mixed.

  • Pour the chocolate milk into a mug and add a shot of espresso.

  • Top with whipped cream and a dusting of cocoa powder.
